Extending the idea from Unstable Tonic, wanted to see Kira under a full transforming tonic.

Usually towers under transforming tonic shoot lasers out of their eyes but I like the idea of blasting it from the mouth. Maybe I’ll tweak details and proportions to be more monstrous and give the clothing more wear-and-tear if I draw this design again.
