Pelon on Surge

I always saw Pelon as the youngest Time Sweeper I imagine him downing a can of surge and becoming an unstoppable force - @Grey (Formerly Buzzard)

Haven’t drawn (feral, bratty, gremlin, devilish) Pelon in ages and this is what I do. Vanilla frappe with whipped cream motherfucker.
